YOU BUILD THE JOB. LET YOUR WEBSITE START THE CONVERSATION.

You should not need a second career in software to help a homeowner understand the budget. Give them a useful starting number—then spend your time on the conversation that matters.

The story
THIS IS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS

Less explaining from scratch.
More useful conversations.

0 1

Talk budget earlier

Let homeowners explore measurements and choices before a detailed estimate. A rough number gives you something concrete to discuss.

0 2

Keep control of your pricing

The subscription product is being built around your rates and your scope. A public sample calculator should never decide what you charge.

0 3

Make the next step clear

The planned save flow brings project selections into the inquiry. Follow-up belongs to your team, with the homeowner’s contact preferences attached.

SOFTWARE THAT KNOWS WHERE IT STOPS

A calculator can do math.
You still know the job.

Rotten framing. A steep driveway. Three flights of stairs. The customer’s version of “just a small change.” A screen cannot inspect any of that.

Ballpark versus bid
0 1

Start with measurements

Use square feet, linear feet or material quantities that make sense for the trade.

0 2

Show choices and assumptions

Let people see what is priced and what still needs a contractor.

0 3

Keep the jobsite in the conversation

Use the number to set expectations, then confirm the scope before a final quote.

FAIR QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Can I buy or install this today?

This is a working marketing and calculator preview. Contractor accounts, paid subscriptions, installation authorization and email delivery are still being built. Use the demos now; no payment is taken.

Can I use my own prices?

Yes—that is the planned product. Your pricing and branding will belong to your contractor installation. The public demos use labeled sample rates or quantity calculations. They do not establish your selling prices.

What does per calculator, per website mean?

One subscription covers one trade tool on one contractor website. Basic Deck plus Basic Fence on the same website would be two $50 subscriptions, or $100 per month.

What is Basic versus Premier?

Basic covers measurements, essential choices and budget estimates. Premier adds visual layout and design tools. Both plans are intended to include estimate saving, contractor notifications and a lead dashboard. These subscription features are not active in this preview.

Does this replace an on-site estimate?

No. It gives people a starting point. The actual scope, jobsite, engineering, permits, access and construction details still need review before a final quote.

Will this guarantee more jobs?

No honest tool can guarantee that. The goal is a better-informed homeowner and a more useful first conversation. Traffic quality, your pricing, follow-up and the work itself still matter.
